- Head of Curriculum Innovation
- Develops eLearning-based programs
- Collaborates with faculties to integrate technology-enhanced learning
- Instructional Designers - Design digital and blended learning curricula
- eContent Developers - Convert course materials into multimedia eLearning formats
Training & Capacity Building Division
- Head of Training & Development - Coordinates workshops, webinars, and CPD programs
- Trainers & Facilitators - Deliver faculty/staff training in digital pedagogy and tools
- Learning Technologists - Provide technical support and tool adoption training
Digital Tools & Platforms Support Division
- Head of Systems & Platforms - Manages LMS (Moodle, Canvas, etc.)
- System Administrators - Handle LMS setup, maintenance, and user support
- Help Desk Support - Troubleshooting and assistance for staff and students
Quality Assurance & Research Division
- Head of eLearning Quality & Analytics - Develops KPIs, benchmarks, and assessments
- eLearning Evaluators - Monitor effectiveness of digital programs
- Research Officers - Conduct studies on digital education and innovation
Marketing & Outreach Division
- Head of Communications & Promotion - Promotes EEC services internally and externally
- Media & Graphics Designers - Design promotional and interactive content
- Community Engagement Officers - Liaise with departments, partners, and learners
Administration & Finance
- Centre Administrator - Manages scheduling, HR, procurement, and operations
- Finance Officer - Oversees budgeting, resource allocation, and grant reporting
